Once upon a time in India, where tradition and craftsmanship have thrived for centuries, a dream took shape. Nupur Goyal Monga, inspired by her love for handmade embroidered items , set out to create something meaningful—PinkWeave. But this journey was not an easy one.
With no inventory, no capital, and no customers, PinkWeave started from scratch. What Nupur did have was determination, a passion for ethical fashion, and the unwavering support of her parents. Their encouragement gave her the strength to take the first step, and with every challenge, she pushed forward, weaving her vision into reality.
As time passed, PinkWeave grew, touching the lives of countless artisans, especially women, who found financial independence and dignity through their craft. Today, around 100 artisans work daily to create beautiful handmade embroidered items, including jewelry, bag straps, purses, tote bags, dresses, home décor, and many more unique products. Each piece carries the story of skilled hands and rich heritage.
The world soon took notice. On MSME Day, 26th June, PinkWeave was honored as the only panelist from India at the UN World Trade Organization in Geneva, a moment of pride for the brand and the artisans behind it. Back home, Nupur’s efforts were recognized with the prestigious KEL Awards, reinforcing PinkWeave’s leadership in sustainable fashion.
Today, PinkWeave stands strong, not just as a brand but as a movement—a celebration of tradition, innovation, and empowerment. Over the years, PinkWeave has catered to around 5,000 customers worldwide, with a special focus on women-owned businesses. As it grows, its mission remains the same: to uplift artisans, embrace sustainability, and share India’s rich textile legacy with the world.
PinkWeave is more than just fabric and threads. It is a story of dreams, hard work, and the people who believed in it.
